Hail the prince now. The king is gone

The queen is over. Don’t you mourn!

I take a step into the holy land

I watch the rest take a coward’s stand

I’m your king now. I’m your song

I’m your God who can do no wrong

I’ll keep you safe as long as I can see

Fear in your eyes just for me

I keep the secrets deep in my sleep while the mothers weep

I feed. I breed. I need the winter’s seed

Hear the winds call out my name

It’s a shame. It’s a shame

You aren’t here to watch me rise

I left you breathing with bleeding eyes

I’m your story. I am strong

I’m your lord who can do no wrong

I’m your savior. I’m your song

I’m your God who can do no wrong

Bow to my might. I am right. With this light, I’ll get you through the night

Watch the snow fall upon us all, big or small. Watch it fall
