A Cry To Peggy

Sometimes, it gets so lonely in the night

Without you to hold and show me the light

I promise you I would be all right

If you would be my queen, I’d be your knight

…

Sometimes, I get so upset and I don’t know why

I’m not myself no matter how hard I try

Not being with you is a good reason to die

If you were with me, I promise I won’t cry

…

I always feel so happy when I am with you

For all my little wishes seem to come true

There is nothing more that I would like to do

If you would love me, I’d love you too

  20. You write so beautifully… and always of love 🙂 reason always more than enough 🙂 Still above all, important is God. Hoped to lead you close to Him first, after all 🙂 I don’t consider myself a queen, or a monarch of any kind :0 but a love to last, til the end of time. Not very effective it is, to be alone. But only together, people seem to grow. I pray to you a love that lasts. And the bravery needed to let go of the past. God gives an eternal love, important it is, always hoped I’d point you closer to that 🙂 you write so beautifully, and always of love ❤️ but never forget your Father’s love 🙂
