Oh my eyes have seen it all
The rise of tumour, an angel fall
The jolt that runs when heavens call
The anguish of a crying soul
Oh my eyes have seen it all

Oh my lungs have breathed in
The vicious smoke from burnin’
Down the monster who dwells within
A place that’s had no joy or sin
Oh my lungs have breathed thin

Oh my heart has felt a war
On the cold concrete floor
The agony in a hapless roar
For the opening of a door
Oh my heart could feel no more
