I was never worthy of you
You always deserved better
Now that we have seen it through
We’ll never be together
…
You were never made for me
I wasn’t meant for you
We were young, wild and free
But we’d never see it through
…
We were young, wild and free
In love with each other
We were never meant to be
We could never be together

Heartbreaking in its authenticity. Thank you.

I think anyone that can say they had felt unworthy of you is just so romantic! Nice sunny day here in Perth also. We are both very lucky 🙂

And I Said To The Wind,
“when you see her, please tell her that I’m not sorry. We were both young, wild and free. We both wanted to quench the thirst which blazed furiously in our hearts. We both wanted something strong regardless of the feeble minds and frail hearts inside us. No. I’m not sorry.
We were both drowning in the sea of loneliness as we sank to the bottomless pit of solitude embrace lacking love when we found each other. We were both strangers to intimacy and frankly, I had never been utterly infatuated with anyone. We were both sinners since we had been fond of defying the natural order of having a companion, thus we forcefully and shamefully sought redemption by seeking each other’s hearts.
We lifted our heads high in the dark lonely sky where only the stars twinkled bright with the moon nowhere to be seen. We drank each other’s love ferociously in the chilly weather until we could not breathe peacefully and silently anymore. We both fought to fill each other’s breath and rejoice how our ruthless lips brought up a new universe into life with just their touch and unending deep soft embrace. We got carried away when our lips embraced each other silently and paradise seemed to descend merrily upon our sanctioned grounds.
You made me feel cold and constantly in need of your warmth. And when you were not there to arise to the occasion, I was left helpless and so lonely.
We were both young, wild and free. What we felt was grand new to us and we were overwhelmed with all the pleasure it had in its sleeves and pockets. We both succumbed to that newly, but also profound mixed emotions of love, pride and obsession.
So don’t blame me for breaking your heart, because we were neither careful nor considerate. What we had was like a frail smoke of the morning in the air.”

I was never worthy of you…. Is a very submissive thing to say.

Well, no one should ever feel lesser… If it’s not meant to be, it’s not, not because of worth but because it just didn’t fit. 😊
