Promise me

  6. Hm if this had been written for me, I’d tell you that I don’t like promises because someone I loved very much, broken all his promises to me. Left me heartbroken and struggling. I sewn in pain and tears of crying. But my God, protected me.

  22. oh wow, how could a person resist these words when spoken to them. They would be wonderful also for wedding vows… I don’t know if there is a place that publishes just wedding vows, but any couple marrying should be able to consider your poem as their vows. Sir, you are not only the master of wit, but are proving to be a master of love as well. You are an inspiration to me.

  31. A beautiful love poem. Romantic love? It’s funny, my blog is about my children who have passed away, and although this poem is fitting for two lovers, I can also see me, as “Mom,” promising my children that I’ll be theirs till the end of time (and, of course, asking them to be mine.) Thanks Frank…
