We’ve had our laughs, but more frowns
We’ve had our ups, but more downs
We’ve had our highs, but more lows
But I still love you, everybody knows

We’ve had good, but more bad days
We won’t last, everybody says
So much more we have to face

Everybody warns me, but I listen not
Everybody’s wrong, so I don’t give a thought
All their talks keep falling flat
