A cold, cold winter night here

Knocking at my door

Trying to sneak in somehow

To chill me to the core

But I know there’s someone

To keep the winds at bay

Her love keeps me warm when

Winter has her way

…

As far as I can see now

White snow fills the land

Everyone else shivers

While I hold her hand

She holds all the powers

To melt the snow inside

Her love keeps me warm when

She is by my side

…

Everyone is waiting

For the morn’ to come

To see how smooth the weather

Tomorrow might become

But I need not do that

For I have her with me

Her love keeps me warm and

Her love sets me free
