A little off-topic…sorta… I’m not sure if you’re old enough to recall the pre-wireless phone era. If you wanted speech privacy, you’d have to stretch the cord (which stayed that way) and close a door on it. I remember sitting on the patio at night with the sliding glass door shut, talking to friends until the wee hours 🙂
