Nursery Rhyme: Little Johnny Dyed His Hair

With a bold tinge of purple
Little Johnny dyed his hair
But nothing rhymes with that colour
It’s something he couldn’t bear

So off he went again to dye
This time with an orange hue
Soon he found that this colour
Had no rhyming to it too

Desperately he made a choice
This time a silver paint
For the same reason this
Too finished in a plaint

After three futile efforts
He couldn’t take it anymore
He reverted his hair colour
To the one it was before
