interesting my thought on this is that over the last few years and even before the Pnademic, is many of the Mom n Pop type establishments are closing down because the new generation dosen’t want to put in the work. maybe it is the video games are too easy now when days ago you had to run to an arcade and spend a quarter to play them. You couldn’t sit at home and play forever
This captures the unfortunate condition of disinterest of some amongst the younger generation, who have become so wrapped up in their own worlds, as to miss out on the opportunity to expand their horizons.
I truly knew a famous-in-certain-circles spiritual leader/author whose son was addicted to video games and hence self-disabled. It’s very unfortunate that we give so much f our lives to the pixels–away with the pixels–
… I don’t want your name, let me play my video game… and so life remained the same for those who play video games and don’t act smart to get a name… this life is a mystery if you are lame but even more scarier if you don’t have a name 😀… beautiful piece you have there Sir. Was just sharing my thoughts.
