Leave aside all that is pending
Hear my hollow heart a-rending
All the nights that I’ve been spending
Dreaming, wishing for a lifetime by your side
Now there’ll be no more pretending
Every branch and road be bending
Come to me without contending
Leaving, bridging the ghost of this divide
Here I am waiting, standing
Bring your heart loving, tending
I promise you a happy ending
Hoping, yearning for our paths to collide
Caring, loving you endlessly as my bride
