The Sound Of Sunrise

The sun awoke the earth from its deep slumber
With its bright blaze radiating far and wide
Filling colours where things were once dark and grim
A sparrow left her nest on a sycamore in search for food
Leaving her three fledglings chirping incessantly
A white butterfly fluttered around in search of new friends
The bees buzzed, made honey, and discussed politics
I breathed in the morning air and watched the squirrels scurrying in the wet, green grass

  1. Il suono dell’alba
    .
lasciando i suoi tre piccoli a cinguettare incessantemente

I was happy to translate your lovely poem into Italian, which I will publish, referring to you and your blog, on Sunday 15 October in my weekly column Gioielli Rubati. Greetings from Italy

    1. the dynamics of life is indeed beautiful.
also it is nice to hear how people try to communicate the life that is happening to them, like a universal language.
Thank you Frank Solanki, for this important part.
