I am not a lion
Lions are immaculate
Without blemishes
Not me
I am a leopard
I have dark spots
I thought I knew a lion
But I was wrong
And I have been wrong a lot of times
But that’s okay
Lions are rare
Leopards are common
They are everywhere
I know a lot of them
And that’s okay
I can pretend to be a lion
You can try too
But that won’t take us too far
Our spots give us away
