Let me clarify to you right from the start
Do not read this if you’re weak of heart
If your dear ones fear that you’ll tear apart

Let this be a warning if you’re unprepared
Do not read this if you are easily scared
Not even if you’ve lost a bet or been dared

Do not read this in the dark of the night
First you ensure that there’s plenty of light
Lest you may end up with a terrible fright

Do not read this to your daughter or son
Do not think this is going to be fun
In fact do not read this out to anyone

Do not read this. Do something else instead
Unless you want to mess with your head
Heed my words and you will be forever glad
Do not read this
