Love is a four-letter word like no other

To tell you that I love you
Even though it is true
Would be an understatement
Be unfair to you too
Though Love is a special word
It isn’t adequate
To convey my emotions
I should be more accurate
There simply is more in me
And in my heart for you
Than a mere sentence
As plain as — I love you

There is something about her
That I can’t quite express
She’s a little mystery

Is it the lovely curls
Stretching from her hair
