I have no legs to make a stand
I have no eyes, no ears, no hands
I have no tongue to speak for me
Yet I cry and wail in agony
I was the purest in this game
I still am but it’s not the same
I was beautiful and lush and then
I was crippled by a disease called Man
I gave him water, air and land
When he was just a grain of sand
Ungrateful and spoilt is he
To leave a tainted legacy
I gave him signs, I’ve warned him so
Often that he’s now come to know
That he must clean what he has made
Dirty with his mad parade
Still I could never understand
What’ll take for him to see his end?
When will he learn? He never will
He’s arrogant and evil still
He’s happy now but he will be hurt
Of his home he knows no worth
To a monster I’ve given birth
I am what he calls Mother Earth

Well Played, Fate
Well played, Fate, I must say
It had to happen someday
You took her from me alright
Try taking her memories away
A Tree Asked A River
A tree asked a river
“How beautiful it must be
To travel to different places
Tell me what do you see?
Is the sun as generous
And bright as he is here?”
“Yes,” the river answered
“All the places where I flow
Wherever I may take my soul
The sun is equally beautiful
A magnificent golden whole”
And the tree asked again
“And what about the men?
Are they any different
From the ones we see here?”
The river gave a long sigh
And the tree got her answer
C’est La Vie
In the beginning
A mighty being created humans
Not with any purpose
But just to see if He could
He boasted about it to others of His kind
Some warned Him that it was unnecessary
Some praised Him for his achievement
He only heard the praises
The game started very well
He made the rules
And everything was under His control
But Humans turned out differently
They were smarter than He expected
And now He no longer had powers
Or any control over them
Humans began controlling themselves
And now humans have become mighty
And powerful
They can create other beings
They can create robots
And even Artificial Intelligence (A.I.)
Soon enough we will see
Humans losing control over A.I.
A.I. will become mighty
And powerful
A.I. will make its own rules
And play its own game
Then we shall see
A.I. create other forms of ‘life’
And the cycle will go on
And on and on and on
Forever and ever
C’est la vie
To Lose A Loved One
To lose a loved one
Is to lose a part of you
To lose a loved one
Is to swallow a living hornet
That tears through your pharynx
Settles on your heart
And keeps gnawing a piece of it
Whenever it feels like
To lose a loved one
Is to lose a love
For each love is unique
And though each person loves differently
No love is impure
To lose a loved one
Is to march into a battlefield
Against monsters and demons
Without a weapon
Without a companion
To lose a loved one
Is to sing a song of pain
That nobody can hear
Except for the winds that carry it
To lose a loved one
Is to shed a tear
Shed a stream, shed a river
Shed an ocean
All in one drop
To lose a loved one
Is to lose a part of you
Permanently
From Your Womb
Pain? What pain?
Love? What love?
Sorrow? What sorrow?
Joy? What joy?
Nothing in this life
Has ever felt real
Or ever held any meaning
Meaning? What meaning?
Feelings? What feelings?
God? What God?
Life? Yes…
I can’t tell the difference
Between darkness and light
Between happiness and ache
Between my shadow and myself
Shadow? What shadow?
It’s just me
Warmth? What warmth?
It’s just cold
Loss? What loss?
Memories? Yes…
Death? Ha-ha
Life? Yes…
Given a chance
Willing I am to go through
This meaningless journey
All over again
Just to be born again
From your womb
Brown Gravels
This is not the pillow
Where I shall rest my head
This is not the stratum
Which I should call my bed
This is not the morning
Which yields my last sunrise
This is not the night
When I shall close my eyes
For each day is a present
A chance for me to claim
Those lofty aspirations
Some never dare to aim
My work here is not yet done
I must endeavour for more
Fill each passing hour with
Silver sweat from my pores
Hard rocks and brown gravels
For company I will keep
When I’m finally laid to rest
In that grave I will sleep
Monstrosity
I twist and turn my thoughts around
To escape the growing gloom
To think that there may be a future
That isn’t like the drawing doom
I smile to hide my searing pain
Fake laughs can create true joy
Yet my heart never lies at ease
Keeps worrying about my girl and boy
What’s in store? I do not know
What’s in sight? I cannot see
What’s that sound? I cannot hear
Only feel this monstrosity
I never folded hands for myself
Never asked for happiness
I am old and weak but willing
To pass not forward this distress
All I ask — I ask now of you
Bless not my kids with the greatest joy
Keep them safe from Sorrow’s clutches
My darling girl and my dear boy
Mirrors In Space
Mirrors mirrors in empty space
Numerous light-years away
The only way I can keep
Living in yesterday
Tonight’s The Night
Tonight’s the night where we share our dreams
Catch a star
Lying afar
Even if impossible it seems
Tonight’s the night to write stories about
Who we are
Our new scar
And everything that casts a doubt
Tonight’s the night for a new discovery
All in all
With every fall
Our hearts shall make a quick recovery
Tonight’s the night when we learn to love
Stand up tall
Against the wall
Of hatred as we rise above
