Four gunmen knocking at my door
Four gunmen knocking at my door
Four gunmen knocking at my door
And each one
Wants to kill for sure
There’s one man who I call my friend
There’s one man who I call my friend
There’s one man who I call my friend
My friend Jack
Wants his money back
Four gunmen knocking at my door
Four gunmen knocking at my door
Four gunmen knocking at my door
And each one
Is angry to the core
There’s one man who seems to be a cop
There’s one man who seems to be a cop
There’s one man who seems to be a cop
And he thinks
I have dirty links
Four gunmen knocking at my door
Four gunmen knocking at my door
Four gunmen knocking at my door
And each one
Wants my blood and more
There’s one man whose wife I have killed
There’s one man whose wife I have killed
There’s one man whose wife I have killed
She would cry
So she had to die
Four gunmen knocking at my door
Four gunmen knocking at my door
Four gunmen knocking at my door
And each one
Will lay me on the floor
There’s one man who I do not know
There’s one man who I do not know
There’s one man who I do not know
But his gun
Is a fully loaded one
Four gunmen knocking at my door
Four gunmen knocking at my door
Four gunmen knocking at my door
And each one
Has come for me before

On A Night Dark And Bleak
On a night dark and bleak
I buried the control-freak
If somebody should ask you
We’re playing Hide and Seek
When Death Appears
One good drink with my peers
Two kind words to my ears
Three good deeds through the years
Four old friends when Death appears
If I Lived Till The End Of Time
If I lived till the end of time
And watched all that I call mine
Pass me by one by one
My mother, father, wife and son
My brother, sister, my grandson
My great-granddaughter and everyone
Even though I may never get old
How much grief can one heart hold?
Weirdo
I love to have conversations with the walls of my room
I love to arrange my clothes according to their hues
I love to assign birthdays to my pokemons
I love to pretend to be part of an open-world reality show
I love to sing like Janis Joplin in the shower
I love to make my own constellations and give them names
I love to write with my weaker left hand
I love to read about rare mental disorders
I love to buy unnecessary things on discount
I love to observe people and imagining their secrets
I love to play chess thinking the pieces are real
I love to be ignorant about the trending news
I love to mix two different chocolates in my mouth
I love to have a new alarm tone every day
I love to dance like I’m eighty five
I love to give my own names to people
I love being weird
To My Dreams I Say This
To my dreams I say this
Transport me to a complete bliss
Where life is simpler than it is
And no sadness could exist
Leopards
I am not a lion
Lions are immaculate
Without blemishes
Not me
I am a leopard
I have dark spots
I thought I knew a lion
But I was wrong
And I have been wrong a lot of times
But that’s okay
Lions are rare
Leopards are common
They are everywhere
I know a lot of them
And that’s okay
I can pretend to be a lion
You can try too
But that won’t take us too far
Our spots give us away
Catch My Mind
A hop over here and a skip over there
It leaves me far behind
I’m huffing and puffing in a terrible way
Will you help me catch my mind
Will you help me catch my mind? Oh please
Will you help me catch my mind?
I’m huffing and puffing in a terrible way
Will you help me catch my mind?
I begged and bribed and tried all means
No solution I can find
I’m desperately at my wit’s end
Please help me catch my mind
Please help me catch my mind oh please
Please help me catch my mind
I’m desperately at my wit’s end
Please help me catch my mind
I’m sure you can relate to me
If your mind is a jumping-kind
Let’s work out a way to help each other
I need to catch my mind
I need to catch my mind oh please
I need to catch my mind
Let’s work out a way to help each other
I need to catch my mind
Football, work, video games
Books, dinosaurs, mankind
See how my mind is all over the place
Will you help me catch my mind
Will you help me catch my mind? Oh please
Will you help me catch my mind?
I’m huffing and puffing in a terrible way
Will you help me catch my mind?
I Know I Was Once A Star
I know I was once a star
Shining brightly in the sky afar
From Earth the children looked at me
Gazed in awe, admiringly
I glowed in space with all my might
Sent forth my radiance and my light
What better job there could be
Than to send my rays endlessly
Like all things so came my end
Exploding with a show so grand
My dust I scattered here and there
On Earth and Mars and everywhere
Now I know from that dust
I was born that I trust
That connection speaks forth to me
I stare back at the sky smilingly
Some Memories Are Stronger Than Others
I see a smiling picture of her
It feels strange to me
I don’t remember her smiling
I mean I do but it’s overshadowed
By the clear memory of her in pain
The unmistakable memory of her in anguish
The distinct memory of her in tears
That’s what’s stuck with me
She smiled sometimes
She laughed sometimes
She had periods of happiness
But it was always interjected with periods of sorrow
Two short intervals of joy
Sandwiching a long stretch of despair
So I know she smiled
Yes she definitely smiled
But I remember her tears
I guess some memories are stronger than others
