Let Me Do Your Homework

Let me do your homework
I’ll work on it all night
Nothing I want in return
Just your smiling light

Let me do your homework
I’ve been studying just for you
My grades have been shooting upwards
I guess I owe it to you

Let me do your homework
You needn’t bother at all
It will be our little secret
Till the end of Summer and Fall

Let me do your homework
It’s nothing much for me
Compared to the happiness
That in your eyes I see

Let me do your homework
Give your hands some rest
Give your head some sleep
You deserve nothing but the best

Let me do your homework
I’ve learnt the way you write
Nobody’s gonna be the wiser
I’d make sure that it’s all right

Let me do your homework
I’ll work on it all night
Just to have you smiling at me
Oh it’s a beautiful sight

Here’s A Poem I Wrote For You

Here’s a poem I wrote for you
I know it’s been a while
I should have written this long ago
Still it’ll bring a smile

Ever since I’ve met you girl
On a clear sunny afternoon
There has been no brighter light
You’ve been my twinkling moon

Broken like a jigsaw puzzle I
Felt always incomplete
You came to be the missing piece
That fitted in so neat

Yes my life has taken a turn
Stormy clouds have now made way
Made way for the beaming moon
That shines on me all day

Sometimes I sit and wonder
How different life would be
If you hadn’t stepped inside my heart
Showering your love on me

This poem is a tiny gesture
A token of my love
Keep glowing like you always do
Like the moon high up above
