One is guiding me in to the dark
The other; in to the light

One path seems so straight and smooth
The other; so tough
All the verses of yesterday

One whispers words which I want to hear
The other; need
One is waiting to tie me up in chains
The other wants me freed

If a choice had to be made
Between the two ears
Would I be listening to my right
Or giving in to my fears?
