I want to thank the person who went into the storm with an umbrella of rainbow colours, a huge one, a magnificent one and then dumped it broken in bin by the side of the road. Why? Because I found it, stripped the material off of it, sent the metal to the recycling and made that material into a rainbow wind sock for my garden. “Vive la upcycling!”
I really like your writing style Frank, but a gust of wind would probably pick me up and fly me away like Mary Poppins to never land not to be seen again
Wow, what a powerful poem, just a few words, but it reminds one of the positive options in life, in such a difficult time. I think many people should read this, so am re-blogging it and sharing it. Thanks for blogging it, best wishes and blessings, Charles.
Left dumbstruck by the intensity of these words

Perhaps maybe, the umbrella needs you as much as you need the umbrella
